FRANKFURT - Four hotels in Europe have decided to follow the Romantik way and put their houses under the umbrella brand of the international hotel cooperation. Two new hotels in the German Lower Rhine region and the Muensterland as well as one in Tuscany, Italy and one in the Provence, France call themselves Romantik Hotel from now. More are in the process of acceptance and will become members until the beginning of the new business year on October 1st. "Our high quality hotels all over Europe together with our communication and PR activities have proven a good strategy to spread the Romantik philosophy further in Europe und to achieve the set goals of continuing qualitative growth", Inge Struckmeier, Managing Director of Romantik Hotels & Restaurants, explained.
Lubéron for connoisseurs
Under the Provencal sun you can find an impressive hotel, uniting past, present and future - the

Hearty Westfalian food from Frisian chef
In Werne the cooperation is now represented by the
Romantik Hotel Sim-Jue. Named after the biggest fun fair in the region the hotel was core redeveloped in 2005 and now offers 15 individual rooms, some of them with a view to the herb-garden, which in summer gives off the smell of lavender and rosemary. Food lovers will enjoy the hearty Westfalian dishes and the Frisian specialities that are offered in the restaurant by ambitious chef Dieter Gerdes, who was rewarded 17 points in the Gault Millau. In summer guests are treated to delicious food in the beer garden, whereas in winter they can forget the everyday stress with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace or with an Ayurveda treatment in the elegant spa area.

Successful fusion of classic and modernism
The
Wellings Romantik Hotel zur Linde in Moers in the Lower Rhine region is as well a valuable new member of the cooperation. The listed homestead from the 18th century is idyllically located near the historical village square and is directed by the family Welling. Six buildings form the hotel, offering 50 rooms, six suites and four apartments, some of them in a modern, some in a classical country-house style.
